Refund policy

1. Returns /Refunds :

We accept returns only if the product  you received is damage (for damage issue customers have to email or contact us on the same day of delivery ) only then refund  will be applicable otherwise we cannot offer you a refund .

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your product price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged . In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly e-mail us at: with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you  ……….
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or not. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Exceptions :-

a) Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

b) The Appearances , Dimensions and Weight of “Brass Statues” can be varies because of its hand made procedures. and company will not entertain any claim regarding exchange or refund of such products.

4. Cancellation Of Order:

For cancelling the order ,customer have to email us or contact us within 15 hours of placing the order to get full Amount Refund also once shipment gets dispatched then there will be no cancellation.

5. Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please return it to below given address from your end only:



Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 

The Refund will be credited  within 7 working days. (If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account )
